Starvation is a usual drastic diet plan that people use even though it can cause them to feel very exhausted. Some people opt to not have breakfast, others skip lunch, and many decide to skip both meals. In your head, you repeatedly tell yourself that you don't need any food while at the same time your belly is practically screaming at you to feed it. Nonetheless, after sometime your body learns to conform. As you consume less and less, your body becomes worried that it won't be given food so your metabolism decelerates drastically to preserve energy, meaning you will burn off less fat throughout the day. Regrettably, once you begin to eat a regular diet again, your metabolism will continue to run slowly, and you are apt to quickly put on more fat as you won't burn calories quick enough. You will experience weight loss by starving yourself, but not as much as you would with a correct diet and exercise plan. You can't tell if an indivudal is a bulimic as their body weight doesnt change too much, whereas with the other diets you can see people losing weight. Regular regurgitating is terrible on your body. Your heart and other vital body organs can be badly damaged. You can end up developing stomach ulcers because of it. Your esophagus may be damaged by the stomach acid and your teeth might lose their enamel. Acid burns and there's no exception when it comes to your throat. Your body can be badly injured by throwing up your food on a regular basis.
